At E Point Consultings, we strive to provide quality credit repair services. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following Refund Policy:
Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for credit repair services are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
This includes credit analysis, disputes filed, consultations, and administrative work.
Refund Eligibility
If no services have been started within 72 hours of payment, a full refund may be requested.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@epointconsultings.com.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of services rendered.
